Being the tourist in Urbino!

You are reading the blog of May 23, 2017. The day started with a good breakfast because food is life. With enough energy to start the day I worked on my sculpture in the morning. The sculpture is almost finished, so we are pretty excited. The hands of Ariëlle and I are a bit sore and wounded by the materials we are working with, but this doesn’t stop us from working hard. Together we already made something quite nice. After the lunch the group changed clothes and looked all amazing, a really great feeling after working in the dirt this morning.

In the afternoon we went to Urbino to watch a performance at the Accademia di Belle Arti. It was.. different and maybe a little bit weird but nice to see. After the performance we had time to walk around in the village. A slice of pizza as dinner and a lovely live band made the evening very special.
