"I accept you just the way you are."

Hello! My name is Neomi, today is Wednesday and I am responsible for today's blog.

As usual 8:00am was breakfast time. So we started with a good breakfast, because today was going to be a very long and hot day. When we all ate our breakfast, we went to an open space where we would be working on our sculptures.

Before we started with our work, we did a little bit of teambuilding.

Annette, one of our supervisors, wanted us to stand in a circle facing each other. We did a kind of trust exercise where we had to tell each one of the group that we accept and respect them.

"[Name], I accept you just the way you are. I respect you. I will help you where I can. If I don't, please make me aware of it. So I can always add new points of view."

We all had great ideas and wanted to go to work right away, but we had to wait for some materials. In the mean time people started claying, making sketches and figuring out what to do with their sculpture.

There practically is no shade on the open space, so most of us got a big sunburn, on the first day already!

The sun was so hot that we decided to cool of in the swimming pool. And... Well, let's say we continued to work on the next day ;).
